About me

Hi … my name is Ed Eliesen, a plain wannabe like everyone. however there is a big difference between me and most other people. To say I’m a fellow IBSer would not be credibility enough; especially without university credentials.

However, hundreds attribute me as being even more informed and with the answers concerning IBS than even most physicians and gastroenterologists. Why? Because few medical practitioners or even dietitians or nutritionalists fully understand the scope of IBS.

Here’s a question. would you trust your digestive health to someone who hasn’t walked a mile in your shoes? Or who hasn’t undergone an obsessive research…not because it’s just a requirement for some elective towards a degree (soon to be forgotten)?

I definitely wouldn’t. But because that individual has the bulldog determination to defeat this cruel monster within. Here’s an interesting fact I’m sure few even know. unlike the medical community in the western world where whether your doctor successfully treats you or not, are there any refunds for no remedies?

Of course not. Nor do you even get to see a doctor unless they are sure of getting paid upfront first. Here’s the shocker. In China and most of the far east, did you know that doctors there get paid monthly to keep you healthy?

My point is, I have spent over 20 years exclusively on IBS research and most other digestive disorders and diseases. Most of my findings haven’t even been taught in any medical school until very recently.

For years, physicians have treated IBS suffers as hypochondriacs. Only within the past ten years have IBS victims been regarded as credible complainers. meanwhile, with all the heavy traffic flowing in and out of their offices day in and day out, where can they ever find the time to explore the world of IBS in their medical journals?

They are not miracle prodigies who can work 18 hours a day and then still have time to stay on top of all the other current developments they need to be updated on. and ask yourself this; how come even today their best advice is to ingest lots of fiber, drink plenty of water, and watch their diets.

How ignorant! if only IBS was that easy to treat. And that’s where I come in. My arsenal of anti IBS remedies is overstocked. Remember. Everyone is different and unique. Rarely do two people suffer exactly the same ways.

Here’s a sample of what i learned over the years. Though diet isn’t the main cause of IBS, It definitely plays a crucial role in at least minimizing the symptoms to a comfort level. The first thing I share is if you really want a cure; and yes there is one,it will require a lot of painstaking work on your part.

Every single food you eat has a unique effect on your body. Food allergies are predominant to ease your suffering. It requires discipline to monitor everything you eat and record its results on your system in a journal.

This is a prerequisite to any healing process you embark on. Then by process of elimination among many other factors that play a role in this, you will observe dramatic results. This can take anywhere from a week to several months.
